(Thomson Reuters ONE) - The Government of Latvia has initiated a series of policy measures tomake the business environment in Latvia more attractive. Generousstate incentives are available to new and existing foreign investorsready and willing to invest in high-value-added and job-creatingactivities capitalizing on Latvia's distinguished natural andgeopolitical advantages, as well as its pool of highly qualifiedlabour.The Embassy of Latvia in Sweden arranges, together with theInvestment and Development Agency of Latvia an Investment Forum withLatvian government decision makers as well as businessrepresentatives from Latvia and Sweden. This event takes place inconnection with the Baltic Development Forum - a Baltic Sea Regionsummit.The event takes place on October 6th, 2 pm, at the Embassy of Latvia,Odengatan 5 in Stockholm.The main sectors of interest are transports and logistics,wood-working and engineering, all offering great possibilities forSwedish investors.
