Satview Broadband Announces Triple Play
(firmenpresse) - RENO, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 09/08/11 -- Satview Broadband Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC), a cable television operator in Northern Nevada, announced it is now offering "Triple-Play" at its Elko and Wellington Nevada cable television systems. The Elko system is being upgraded to expand the area of service where these additional services will be offered.
In telecommunications, triple play service is a marketing term for the provisioning of two bandwidth-intensive services: high-speed Internet access and television, and a less bandwidth-demanding service, telephone, all over a single broadband connection. Triple play focuses on a combined business model rather than marketing the services separately. Satview will market locally to Elko inhabitants. It expects to increase its subscriber base and net revenue.
Satview Broadband Ltd., headquartered in Reno, Nevada, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WENR Corp., and has been in operation for nine years. Satview holds franchise systems in six markets with plans to expand.
