Mike Edelhart Named President; Seth Rosenblatt Named Chief Financial Officer of Tomorrow Project, LLC
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 09/08/11 -- The Tomorrow Project, producers of The , , and today announced a new leadership team. Mike Edelhart, currently the company's Chief Revenue Officer, will become President. Seth Rosenblatt, currently Finance Director, will become the company's Chief Financial Officer. Edelhart and Rosenblatt will continue to work closely with The Tomorrow Project owner and CEO, William Lohse, as the company's executive triumvirate.

Lohse founded Tomorrow Project, LLC in 2009 with the goal of delivering a next generation of face-to-face experiences focused purely on Social, the most extensive disruption of information markets in history. Beginning with Pivot in 2010, and followed by Contact and the many Social Week partner conferences in 2011, the company has a growth trajectory that required deeper management.
Edelhart, Rosenblatt and Lohse have a long history of success, individually and as a unit. They worked together on some of tech's most dominant publications and events (Interop, Seybold, Java One, as well as PC Magazine, PC Week and MacUser) at Ziff Davis and SoftBank. Individually, they have started and run successful tech start-ups, served as investors and managed information businesses of note.
President
Prior to joining The Tomorrow Project, Edelhart was Managing Director and founder of First30 Services, a launch accelerator for early stage companies. Previously, Edelhart has held CEO and executive management positions at a range of organizations, including LiveDeal, Inc, DeepDyve, Olive Software, Inman News, Zinio Systems, Third Age Media, SoftBank and Ziff Davis. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the University of Northern Colorado.
Chief Financial Officer
Rosenblatt has over 20 years of experience in media and technology, including executive positions in both start-up companies and large enterprises in positions across finance, marketing, business development, technology and general management. Rosenblatt has also operated his own consulting firm for clients focused on go-to-market strategy, operations and business development. Previously, Rosenblatt also held senior positions at Interwoven, Optimost, Bluefish Wireless, PocketScience and Ziff Davis. Rosenblatt holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is also an elected School Board Member of the San Carlos (CA) School District.
