The subscription price was 70.0p per share. Following theabove allotment, there are 40,580,261 ordinary shares in issue.Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity forthese shares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinaryshares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK ListingAuthority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market forlisted securities.In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company notifiesthe market that the capital of the Company consists of 40,580,261ordinary shares with a nominal value of 25p each and 20,409,465 Cshares with a nominal value of 75p each.
