(Thomson Reuters ONE) - SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has entered into an agreement to buy 3,5 percent of the shares of BNbank for MNOK 47,7 and 3,5 per cent of theshares of SpareBank 1 Næringskreditt for MNOK 11,6. The seller isSpareBank 1 SMN.
