Austin Taylor to Join Forces With Suttle
(firmenpresse) - MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (Marketwire) -- 09/08/11 -- Austin Taylor Communications, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: JCS), announced today that it will join forces with Suttle, Inc., another CSI subsidiary; located in Bethesda, Wales, United Kingdom. Austin Taylor Communications is a highly respected manufacturer of telecommunication products designed primarily to British standards with over 60 years of experience. The integration into Suttle will help Austin Taylor better serve an increasingly international customer base with a more diverse product offering and deeper development of relationships with customers in the United Kingdom and across Europe. Austin Taylor Communications' product lines will be available immediately under the "Austin Taylor by Suttle" brand name.

As part of this transition, Austin Taylor's metalwork facility has been sold and will be separated into a dedicated manufacturing operation called Austin Taylor Manufacturing Ltd. This new entity will focus on production of metal enclosures and related products for ICT cabling installations. Although the new business is separately owned, it remains unchanged with the same design and quality personnel. The operation will continue at their current North Wales facility. Austin Taylor Communications by Suttle and Austin Taylor Manufacturing will retain a relationship and both will work to ensure customers receive the high service levels to which they are accustomed.
