In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, Asset Value Investors
Ltd. sent a notification confirming that the aggregate amount of shares they
hold has crossed on April 29, 2011 the threshold of 3% of the total outstanding
shares issued by RHJ International ("RHJI").
On April 29, 2011, Asset Value Investors Ltd. held 2,601,943 voting rights,
representing a stake of 3.04% of RHJI total issued shares.
