APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE IN ARBITRAL PROCEEDINGS REGARDING REDEMPTION OF MINORITY
SHARES IN TEKLA CORPORATION
The redemption board of the Central Chamber of Commerce has upon the application
by Trimble Finland Oy requested the District Court of Espoo to appoint a trustee
to supervise the interest of the minority shareholders of Tekla Corporation in
the redemption proceedings.
Authorized Public Accountant Joakim Rehn has been appointed as the trustee. The
appointment has been registered to the Trade Register.
The trustee has the right and obligation to make a case on behalf of the
minority shareholders and present evidence in support thereof in the arbitration
proceedings. The trustee does not have the competence to make or accept demands
relating to the redemption on behalf of the minority shareholders or to
undertake measures that would be contrary to measures taken by individual
minority shareholders.
