AMG announces change to Management Board

Spector 's service as a member andVice-Chairman of AMG's Management Board shall conclude effective 1October 2009.Mr. Spector's responsibilities will be assumed by theother Management Board members and the position of Vice Chairman willnot be filled. The Management Board of AMG will consist of four (4)members upon Mr. Spector's departure.Mr. Spector, who has been actively involved with AMG's constituentbusinesses for over a decade, played an important role in bringingthe company to the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange in 2007.
