(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/09/11 -- Brompton Group Limited ("BGL") of 181 Bay Street, Suite 2930, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2T3 has (together with its joint actor Peter A. Braaten) acquired 384,750 Class A common shares of Brompton Corp. ("Brompton"), bringing its total holdings of Class A common shares to 1,173,083 shares or approximately 75.97% of the total outstanding Class A common shares of Brompton. The shares were purchased at the price of CAD $27.1453 per share. The shares were acquired in the ordinary course of BGL's investment activities and it may purchase or sell securities of Brompton in the future depending on market conditions and other factors material to its investment decisions.
