Elanders takes over some operations in NRS Tryckeri

In connection with the CPT Group's decision to shutdown NRS Tryckeri in
Huskvarna Elanders has signed a contract to take over some of its operations as
of 15 September 2011.

Net sales at NRS Tryckeri were MSEK 56 in 2010. The operations Elanders will
take over are expected to contribute to Elanders' net sales in the second half
of 2011 and both nets sales and profits in 2012.

"This deal is in line with Elanders strategy to play a part in the consolidation
of the graphic market in Sweden and to be a global supplier with local presence.

A similar deal was made in January 2011 with the printer Fälth & Hässler. It was
primarily aimed at strengthening Elanders' service to publishers in the Nordic
region.

"NRS Tryckeri is one of Sweden's leading suppliers of printed market
communication. Together with their extensive network of advertising agencies and
marketing departments this further strengthens our offer to these customers",
says Jonas Brännerud.

Some of the operations in NRS Tryckeri will be integrated into a sales company
owned by Elanders that will also include parts of the existing sales
organization in Huskvarna.
