Classic Mini-ITX motherboards with Comet Lake CPU support
(PresseBox) - The PH13CMI series from ICP Germany are motherboards in the classic Mini-ITX form factor design. Full height, a PCI Express x16 slot and a standard 24 pin voltage connector simplify the integration of standard components. The PH13CMI motherboards are equipped with an LGA 1200 socket and support the 10th Intel® CPU generation code named Comet Lake. Intel® CoreTM I9 processors with 10 cores and 35 Watt Thermal Design Power as well as processors with 95 Watt Thermal Design Power are supported. Up to 64GB non-ECC memory with a maximum clock frequency of up to 2933 MHz can be used on the two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets.
The PH13CMI is available in two chipset variants. Variant one is equipped with the Intel® Q470E chipset while variant two is equipped with the Intel® H420E. The Q470E variant offers an integrated Intel® HD graphics unit with Tripple Display support, RAID functionality, Intel® vPRO support, and four fast USB3.2 Gen2 interfaces, whereas variant two is equipped with H420E Dual Display support and four USB3.0 interfaces.
The motherboards' graphics units support a maximum resolution of 4K. An HDMI port with a resolution of up to 4096x2160 pixels, a display port with a maximum of 4096x2304 pixels and an LVDS port with a Full HD 1920x1200 pixel resolution are available for connecting displays. Optionally, the LVDS port can be replaced by an eDP port with 4096x2304 pixel resolution. For network connectivity, the mainboards offer an Intel® I219LM and an Intel® I211-AT Gigabit LAN controller. Furthermore, one additional USB3.0, six USB 2.0, two SATA-6G ports, one RS-232 and one RS-232/422/485 serial port as well as audio MIC-In and LINE-Out interfaces are available. The MiAPI header also provides 10 GPIOs, watchdog, SMBUS, brightness control for displays and motherboard monitoring functionality. For expansion, the PH13CMI series offers one PCI-Express x16 slot, one M.2 2242/2280 M-Key with PCIe and SATA signal, one M.2 2230 slot with E-Key with PCIe and USB signal and one full-size Mini-PCIe Express slot with SATA, USB and PCIe signal. Optionally, the TPM module NPCT750 can be equipped. The PH13CMI supports besides the classic operation via the 24 pin ATX voltage connector also a single voltage operation with 12 Volt DC. All variants are designed for a temperature range of 0 to 60°C and meet CE/FCC Class B requirements. Upon customer request, ICP also delivers the PH13CMI as a bundle with processor, industrial RAM and storage medium.
