(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Aldata Solution OyjSTOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE02 October 2009 at 3.00 p.m. (EET)ALDATA'S FRENCH OPERATIONS RESTRUCTURING COMPLETEDAldata is now able to confirm that it considers the previouslyreported restructuring programme in France as complete and is nowable to confirm the outcome of the program.The process of negotiation and review identified the need to reduce35 people in France, coming primarily from the specific developmentteam, but also coming from management, G & A, and support. During thenegotiation phase there were 6 resignations meaning a total of 29people were made redundant.Although there is still the ongoing possibility to receive legalclaims from employees included in the plan, Aldata's managementbelieves that any as yet non-presented claims would not materiallyaffect the financial impact of the program.All of the expenses of the restructuring were included innon-recurring items released on Q2 2009 and there will be no extraexpense from the program on Q3 2009.
