Ninth "Top Employer" award for Arvato Systems
For the ninth time in a row, Arvato Systems has now received the coveted "Top Employer Germany" award. In doing so, the IT specialist ranked among the top 3 of the award-winning companies in 2022. This is an above-average result that underscores Arvato Systems' outstanding position in all aspects of human resources management.
The basis for certification by the prestigious Top Employers Institute is a comprehensive catalog of questions that focuses on the many criteria to be met by the participating companies. Then, based on the answers, an intensive audit and subsequent independent verification takes place. The requirements are continuously increasing: Every year, the Top Employers Institute adapts the evaluation criteria to the highest standards.
This year, Arvato Systems was once again able to impress the auditors and to demonstrate its expertise in the areas of HR digital, talent strategy, HR planning, training and development, leadership development, career and succession planning, and corporate culture.
The official presentation of the award took place on January 20 in digital form: As part of a virtual international event, the representatives of the award-winning companies were able to receive their trophies.
