The fender extension protects the swingarm mounting area, the swingarm, the exhaust manifold, the gearbox and the suspension, all of which are located directly in front of the rear wheel and thus in its immediate skidding area. Apart from the dirt caused by spray and water, moisture, road dirt, stones and other foreign bodies can take their toll on the technical components in the long run, especially on the rider and passenger.
The positively integrated fender extension considerably increases the protection area. It catches swirling water and road dirt and reliably deflects them downward. At the same time, the protection of rider and passenger against spray and dirt in the area of the feet and lower legs is effectively optimized.
