William Gilligan Brings In-Depth Knowledge and Expertise to Help Company Expand Its Growing DHS Footprint

In this role, Gilligan will seek out, qualify and pursue business development opportunities in the federal market, with a specific focus on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Gilligan previously served as an Information Technology (IT) Consultant with Five 9 Group.

Gilligan is a career immigration officer, with over 35 years of experience with Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations. During his career he served in numerous locations performing all immigration officer duties, to include: detention, removals, patrol, inspections, adjudications, naturalization and investigations. He has successfully leveraged his hands-on operational and management experience to provide leadership and support to the development of critical automated systems in both INS and ICE. In his new position with Five 9 Group, Gilligan will continue to support the DHS mission by identifying areas where the company is specially qualified to meet the needs of the Department.
