Elephant Talk CEO Will Describe Company's Achievements at Its 2011 Annual Shareholder Meeting

The Annual Shareholder Meeting will take place at 9 AM on Sept. 14, 2011 in NYC at the offices of Ellenoff, Grossman & Schole, LLP. Patrick Carroll, CEO of ValidSoft (), will also be present, detailing his company's successes, as well as advances in cyber-security measures.
Among the achievements that van der Velden will highlight:
Increase in revenues for Elephant Talk's mobile and cloud security services.
An agreement between Elephant Talk and Your Card B.V., a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) serving the Dutch market. Using Elephant Talk's sophisticated platform, Your Card B.V. is launching a pre-paid calling card that will turn a mobile phone into a mobile wallet, while providing many other services.
A joint venture with MECO Holding AG () to launch mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) platforms in the UK, Europe, and Canada. "This agreement moves us toward our goal of providing Elephant Talk services worldwide," explained van der Velden.
An agreement with Zain Saudi Arabia to deliver and manage mobile services for Zain Saudi Arabia and Zain mobile brands in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The positioning of Elephant Talk as a leading Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE), with around 1 million sims under management at the end of the year. "We expect to be operational in at least 15 markets within the next few years," added van der Velden.
A partnership between ValidSoft and Adeptra, which provides communications for services, fraud processing, marketing, and collections for major credit card companies and other customers. "The partnership highlights ValidSoft's position as the leading provider of fraud prevention solutions in the financial services industry," said van der Velden.

Filing of important patent applications for ValidSoft's SIM Card Swap detection and Call Forward Detection.
