Renu Electronics Pvt. Ltd. names Dronachardj (Krish) Marapin Managing Director
(PresseBox) - Following the acquisition of PHOENIX CONTACT HMI-IPC Technology GmbH by Renu Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Dronachardj (Krish) Marapin has been appointed Managing Director. Thorsten Behr, the former Managing Director, is advising the company on a transitional basis and will subsequently take on new tasks within the PHOENIX CONTACT Group.
Renu Electronics Pvt. Ltd. announced that Mr. Ajay Bhagwat on behalf of the board of directors has appointed Dronachardj (Krish) Marapin Managing Director with effect from 1st February 2022 for its Filderstadt subsidiary Renu Electronics GmbH.
“We are fortunate to have someone of Dronachardj (Krish) Marapin’s caliber and experience step up to lead the Filderstadt organization,” said Ajay Bhagwat. “We want to grow, and we need renewed leadership to successfully implement our strategy and take advantage of the market opportunities ahead. Marapin is a Business Developer with a proven track record of execution. He is a strong communicator who is customer focused with deep leadership capabilities.”
Marapin said, “I am honored and excited to lead the Filderstadt organization. I believe Renu Electronics in Filderstadt matters and has the potential to grow and become a world player in HMI, PLC design, development, and marketing. In addition, EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) will be utilized.”
Bhagwat on behalf of the board, said, “The board believes that the job of Renu Electronics Managing Director now requires additional attributes to successfully execute on the company’s strategy. Dronachardj (Krish) Marapin has the right operational and communication skills and leadership abilities to deliver improved execution and financial performance.”
