(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM and TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/14/11 -- Minera IRL Limited ("Minera IRL" or the "Company"), (TSX: IRL)(AIM: MIRL)(BVLAC: MIRL) the Latin American focused gold mining company, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all the resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting and put to the meeting were duly passed.

Details of the proxy votes received by the Company before the AGM in respect of each resolution are available on the Company website .
