In Boston, Benny Higdon, Prolifics' BPM & Connectivity Practice Director will discuss how a BPM CoE helps organizations to develop expert knowledge of key processes; develop a rollout plan for the adoption of BPM technology; provide reporting on process improvements with KPIs to business owners; and integrate BPM with Development and PMO teams and processes. Attendees will learn the considerations for setting up a BPM CoE in their organization.
In New York, Higdon will be joined by customer, Horizon Healthcare, to discuss how a properly staffed and empowered BPM Center of Excellence (CoE) helps Horizon successfully introduce new technology and BPM concepts into the enterprise.
Prolifics will also co-host a CoE speaking session with IBM at the 2nd Annual Business Process Management and Technology Forum and Expo for the Financial Industry on October 5th in New York.
