ModiFace Unveils Head-to-toe Virtual Cosmetics, Skin-care, and Dress/Apparel Makeover Application for Web and Mobile at DEMO Fall 2011

ModiFace, the leading provider of virtual makeover and try-on simulation technologies, today announced the launch of a new patent-pending technology to photo-realistically simulate dresses and apparel on user uploaded photos at DEMO Fall 2011. This HTML-based technology, which works on all web-enabled computers, tablets, and mobile devices, allows a user to upload a photo and see how she would look like with a certain dress, hairstyle, or cosmetics. This first-ever head-to-toe virtual makeover technology was initially launched on Conde Nast's Brides.com and can be tried out at .

This new technology also supports the usage of QR codes in print magazines, advertisements, and in-store displays to allow any dress that exists within a ModiFace dress simulation tool to be tried virtually with just a single QR-code snap.

"The ideal virtual makeover experience is to quickly try on a dress that you see in a magazine, or in a store, and to instantly see yourself in the latest cosmetics that are promoted in a beauty store," said Dr. Parham Aarabi, CEO of ModiFace. "Until now, only certain makeover possibilities and technology options have existed, but we are now providing the complete head-to-toe web-tablet-kiosk-mobile makeover experience to consumers and partners."
