WENR Corporation Announces Third Quarter Update
(firmenpresse) - RENO, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 09/15/11 -- WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC) would like to update the shareholders of its current activities. The last few months the Company has focused in three areas: upgrade its cable systems, reduce the number of shares outstanding and consolidate its financials.
Satview has taken existing operations with analog cable television and is building out the systems to provide digital video, digital recorders, Internet and telephone. Taking a system which is analog without Internet and transforming it into a full service cable system takes time and resources. This action can increase the Company's revenue by as much as 40%. Satview is proud of its personnel in achieving its goals by upgrading the systems. The upgrades will be beneficial to the shareholder with higher profit margins and an increase in subscribers.
Satview continues its operations in: Topaz Lake, Jackpot, Wells, Carlin, Battle Mountain and Elko, Nevada. Operations continue to be profitable. Satview has been in operations for ten years and is headquartered in Reno, Nevada. It provides cable television, voice and Internet.
WENR has negotiated to "buy-back" stock from various shareholders. This is to reduce the shares outstanding and increase value to the shareholder. Additionally, WENR has submitted its financial statements to an accounting firm for the preparation of a compilation report.
WENR plans to schedule a conference call in October. Investors and shareholders will be notified on how to submit questions.
