Discovery Announces Details of its Upcoming Annual General Meeting

The nominees for Director at the Meeting are: Murray John (Chair); Tony Makuch; Jeff Parr; Moira Smith; Daniel Vickerman; and Jennifer Wagner.

Registered and beneficial shareholders will require their control number when logging in if they intend to vote at the meeting. After the formal part of the Meeting, the Company’s Interim CEO, Tony Makuch, will provide a company update followed by a question-and-answer session.
