Silverback Announces Acquisition of Visionael

Visionael's software enables telecommunications service providers, network outsourcers, enterprises and government organizations to visualize, optimize, and automate their networks with unprecedented speed and efficiency, accelerating time-to-revenue and productivity. Visionael clients include Alpheus Communications, Bank of America, Bell Mobility, CenturyLink, DISA, Kaiser Permanente, Qwest, HP, Mobily, Savings Bank of Russia, SingTel, Verizon, Telkomsel, and Telekom Malaysia.
Headquartered in Mountain View, California, Visionael will continue to operate as a stand-alone business with a dedicated customer service and product team.
