Brazos Brick Holdings Purchases Additional Shares of Brampton Brick Limited
(firmenpresse) - BRAMPTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/15/11 -- On September 13, 2011, Brazos Brick Holdings Limited ("Brazos") purchased 265,400 Subordinate Voting Shares of Brampton Brick Limited ("Brampton Brick") at a price of $3.00 per share through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, representing approximately 3.1% of the issued and outstanding Subordinate voting Shares of Brampton Brick. As a result of the acquisition, Brazos now holds 1,342,820 Subordinate Voting Shares of Brampton Brick representing approximately 15.8% of the issued and outstanding Subordinate Voting Shares of Brampton, as of the date hereof, on a non-diluted basis.
An Early Warning Report respecting this acquisition has been filed on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Review ("SEDAR") and can be viewed at .
Brazos acquired the shares referred to above for investment purposes only. The investments will be reviewed on a continual basis, and Brazos' holdings may be increased or decreased in the future, depending upon economic or market conditions or matters relating to Brampton.
