Legal tech provider STP acquires specialists in law firm software, Advo-web and Hülskötter
Two parallel company acquisitions enhance the STP product portfolio and herald the next growth phase of the Karlsruhe-based legal tech software provider
(PresseBox) - The STP Group, a leading provider of legal tech software, announces the acquisition of law firm software provider Advo-web with its law firm software advoware, as well as the legal tech consultancy and sales company Hülskötter & Partner. With these two acquisitions, the company is enhancing its product portfolio for small and medium-sized law firms in consistent pursuit of its growth strategy to become the leading legal tech platform in Europe with its innovative solutions.
The STP Group offers intelligent software and solutions for the digital transformation of legal advice in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Many of the top business consultancy law firms are already clients of the Karlsruhe-based legal tech specialist, which is now expanding its client base to over 7,000 law firms by means of its acquisition of Advo-web and Hülskötter, and thereby strengthening its leading market position. With the newly added clients, in addition to the major business consultancy law firms, STP is developing new target groups and is now also addressing individual lawyers across all areas of the law, as well as small and medium-sized law firms.
