FEPE creates buzz at FachPack 22
Visitors show great interest in sustainable ecommerce packaging
(PresseBox) - This year, FEPE (Federation for Envelopes, Light Packaging and Ecommerce Packaging in Europe) once again had its own booth at the FachPack trade fair in Nüremberg, Germany, which brings together key players from across the European packaging supply chain.
The newly designed stand offered FEPE members an excellent platform to engage with customers and build new contacts. Together with machine manufacturer Winkler & Dünnebier, a variety of packaging solutions for customers in the ecommerce sector were presented.
The FEPE stand attracted numerous enthusiastic visitors, demonstrating that FEPE members' offer of sustainable, paper-based packaging solutions is very much on trend.
The volume of interest is yet another indication that paper-based ecommerce packaging has excellent future opportunities: that's supported by a recent study by market research institute Smithers, which forecasts an average growth of more than 20% per year in the coming years for this packaging segment.
To continue supporting members in this sector, FEPE is already planning to have a booth at the next FachPack fair, in September 2024.
