Start of the AGQM Round Robin Test Pharmaceutical Glycerol 2022
(PresseBox) - Registration to the round robin test pharmaceutical glycerol offered by Arbeitsgemeinschaft Qualitätsmanagement Biodiesel e.V. (AGQM) is now possible.
The AGQM offers a worldwide unique round robin test for pharmaceutical glycerol. Pharmaceutical glycerol can be obtained, among others, as by-product in biodiesel production. For investigation and quality assurance of pharmaceutical glycerol methods of the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) were used. Those and additional standard methods are the basis for the parameters requested in this round robin test.
Participating laboratories have the opportunity to compare their measurement competence with international participants in the round robin test. After the round robin test has been carried out, each participant receives an anonymous evaluation report and a confirmation of participation as proof of their own measurement competence.
As an instrument of quality assurance, round robin tests have proven to be an indispensable tool to check and improve the own measurement performance and to identify and correct possible errors in the method, the device or the implementation.
Registration for the round robin test is now possible until December 2nd, 2022 at http://rrt.agqm-biodiesel.com. Further information can be found on the website of AGQM (www.agqm-biodiesel.de).
Both nationally and internationally AGQM offers a concept of measures for the quality assurance of Biodiesel which comprises the entire production and marketing chain. The association is involved in research projects for most diverse application options of Biodiesel and its by-products.
