(PresseBox) - The Management Board and Supervisory Board of 3U HOLDING AG (ISIN DE0005167902) intend to hold this year's Annual General Meeting as an on-site event on 15 May 2023 in Marburg. This brings the date of the Annual General Meeting two days earlier than previously announced. The proposed resolutions on the agenda are expected to be passed by the Boards in March at the latest, so that the meeting will be duly convened at the beginning of April.
