Prodware reports strong results

Prodware, the French based IT company with which Qurius has a strategic
alliance, today announced its half yearly results. The revenues increased by
19% to EUR 47,3 compared to EUR 39,7 during the first half of 2010. The EBITDA
grew from 17,6% of the revenues in the first half of 2010 to 26,9% in the first
half this year - an increase of 81%. The operational result doubled and the net
profit increased by 146% from EUR 4,3 million to EUR 10,6 during the first half
of 2011.
Prodware attributes this positive development of the results to the strategy,
initiated in 2005, to develop sector specific IT products.
Qurius also reported an improved result over the first half of 2011. EBIT
(excluding Infor results) improved by EUR 4.3 million, turning a loss into a
small profit. This development encourages Qurius to continue with the execution
of its three-year programme in order to improve its current position.
