Nomination Committee of Hakon Invest appointed
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - ICA-handlarnas Förbund, SEB Fonder and Handelsbanken Fonder were thethree largest shareholders of Hakon Invest as per September 11, 2009,and have therefore had the opportunity to appoint members to thecompany's Nomination Committee.ICA-handlarnas Förbund has appointed Håkan Olofsson, an ICA retailerin Boden, and Claes Ottosson, an ICA retailer in Hovås, as itsrepresentatives on the Nomination Committee. Håkan Olofsson was theNomination Committee's representative for ICA-handlarnas Förbundahead of the 2006 - 2009 Annual General Meetings. Claes Ottosson wasa representative ahead of the 2008 and 2009 Annual General Meetings.SEB Fonder has appointed Hans Ek, CEO of SEB Investment Management,as its representative on the Nomination Committee. SEB Fonder wasrepresented by Stefan Roos on the Nomination Committee ahead of the2006 - 2009 Annual General Meetings.Handelsbanken Fonder has appointed Frank Larsson as itsrepresentative on the Nomination Committee.Unless the members agree otherwise, the chairman of the NominationCommittee shall be one of the representatives of the largestshareholder based on voting rights, ICA-handlarnas Förbund.
