Appointments in Huhtamaki Group

HUHTAMÄKI OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 22.9.2011 AT 15:00
Sari Lindholm, Group Vice President, Human Resources, M.Pol.Sc has been
appointed as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and member of the Group
Executive Team reporting to Jukka Moisio, CEO, as of September 22, 2011. Sari
Lindholm has been working in Huhtamäki Oyj in Group human resources management
positions since 2003 and has extensive experience in international human
resources management. Prior to that, she has held human resources management
positions in other Finnish globally operating companies.
Sami Pauni, Chief Legal Counsel, LL.M. has been appointed as Group Vice
President, Legal and General Counsel as of September 22, 2011. Sami Pauni has
worked in Huhtamäki Oyj since 2006. Prior to that, he worked as an attorney in a
leading Finnish law firm. Sami Pauni is responsible for Group's legal affairs
and will report to Juha Salonen, Senior Vice President, Administration and
Legal.
Juha Salonen, Senior Vice President, Administration and Legal, previously
responsible also for human resources will continue as member of the Group
Executive Team responsible for administration, legal as well as environment,
health and safety matters.

Juha Salonen, Senior Vice President, Administration and Legal;

Eric Le Lay, Executive Vice President, Foodservice Europe-Asia-Oceania; and
Peter Wahsner, Executive Vice President, Films.
