(firmenpresse) - FRIES, VA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/22/11 -- A riverfront farm in the Delps Beach area of Grayson County will sell to the highest bidder in an absolute auction Saturday, Oct. 29, with managing the sale.
"This is one of the prettiest Virginia farms we've sold in a long time," said Jim Woltz, president of the auction company. "It includes beautiful mountain and river views, pasture and wooded land, and is literally nestled into the banks of New River, which means it also offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities associated with that river."
The 143-acre farm will be offered in three tracts, which could sell separately or in combination, and range in size from 30 to 62 acres. All tracts include river frontage, pasture, and woodland.
The property also includes a ranch style home and nine-stall horse barn featuring tongue-in-groove construction and an apartment. The property includes hay fields and elevated building sites with long range mountain and river views.
