The former lead man of The Police previously released the initial schedule earlier in September. The new concerts were added due to popular demand in some cities and include Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; Miami, FL; Toronto, Ontario; and Vancouver, British Columbia.
The selection of these cities for new concerts is supported by their performance on the TicketNetwork Exchange as four of the five locations -- DC, Miami, Philadelphia, and Vancouver -- account for over 53% of all sold for the tour so far. All four are also the top-selling cities for the tour on the exchange. The current overall average price for Sting tickets is $241. The lowest average price is in Chicago, IL, at $187, while the highest average price is in Los Angeles at $298.
As a celebration of the 25th anniversary of Sting's solo career, the Back to Bass Tour will feature the artist's hit songs. Some of his best known singles include "Desert Rose," "Fortress Around your Heart," and "All This Time." The tour will run from October 21 to December 9.
