Computer Controls AG adds clock and timing systems from Microchip Technology to its product range
(PresseBox) - Computer Controls AG, distributor for electronic components, IoT applications, software and test and measurement solutions, is expanding its product range with solutions from Microchip Technology in clock and timing synchronization for networks. This portfolio supports today's precise timing standards such as IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP), Network Time Protocol (NTP) and synchronous Ethernet (SyncE) timing.
“Integrating Microchip's synchronized timing solutions, Computer Controls AG can provide comprehensive products targeting information and communication applications including mobile wireless 5G and data center synchronization,” states Samuel Correia, Head of Business Unit ICT & After Sales at Computer Controls AG. “Features such as time and log file timestamps are essential in the secure operation of a Zero Trust network.”
