(PresseBox) - The VITROCELL® 96 Continuous Flow Exposure System represents a breakthrough in high-throughput research involving human cell cultures or tissues exposed directly to airborne substances such as gases, complex mixtures and particles, including nanoparticles. This innovative system faithfully replicates the conditions of human physiological exposure at the Air-Liquid Interface (ALI). With the capacity to perform up to 11 dilutions, each with 8 replicates, and dedicating the 12th insert row for clean air control with also 8 replicates, the 96-well plates offer exceptional versatility, allowing for the assessment of multiple endpoints in a single experiment.

The VITROCELL® 96 Exposure System provides a comprehensive 96-well turnkey solution that includes all necessary flow controllers and an integrated humidification station. To ensure the optimal preservation of aerosol compounds and precise control of humidity levels, the VITROCELL® 96 incorporates a Climatic Chamber maintained at 37°C.

Researchers benefit from a diverse selection of gas mixture and aerosol generators, spanning from Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) generators to smoking/vaping robots as well as liquid and dry powder generators.
