a unique study curriculum with over 350 training hours;practical online breathwork training sessions;study-groups;evergreen support both during training and after graduation.Designed as an opportunity for anyone looking to start a new career - or simply expand their wellness toolkit - the program is a comprehensive resource that covers the fundamentals of an effective, science-based breathwork modality, explains the Institute.
NeuroDynamic BreathworkTaught by an expert team with over four decades of combined experience, the Program will enable you to become a certified NeuroDynamic Breathwork Facilitator. A powerful breathwork that encourages a focused, deeper and faster breathing, NeuroDynamic Breathwork allows practitioners to experience clarity and access hidden inner resources.
More About The ProgramThe program consists of three live online training sessions per month, held on select Saturdays at 9 am US Pacific Time. Regular sessions last for 4.5 hours, while Guest Speaker special sessions will last for up to six hours. Before each sessions, participants will receive training videos to watch in preparation, at their own pace.
All sessions are immersive and interactive, with a focus on exploring the concepts covered in the videos and empowering the participants to acquire in-depth skills and knowledge. Small-group work sessions are also included.
Mentoring, Team Learning & MoreYou will also receive one-on-one mentoring calls from one of the NeuroDynamic Institute experts, and will have the opportunity to set up and lead your own one-one-one and small-group sessions. For a better, more rewarding learning experience, you will be paired with a study partner with whom you will be able to prepare for each class, explains the Institute.
To ensure an optimal foundation for future NeuroDynamic Breathwork Facilitators, the first third of the Breathwork Training Program is dedicated to self-development and helping participants deepen their self-awareness.
