Logwin Air + Ocean strengthens position in the Netherlands with acquisition of ATL Logistics BV in Amsterdam
(PresseBox) - Logwin Air + Ocean has acquired all shares of ATL Logistics BV in Amsterdam on December 1, 2023. At the same time, the previous shareholder Joshua van Andel will acquire a minority stake in the Dutch Logwin organization and will manage the merged entity.
Just like Logwin, ATL Logistics is represented with its own offices and also has its own handling and storage capacities for its customers from various branches at the important Amsterdam Schiphol hub.
With this acquisition, Logwin will strengthen its existing air and sea freight activities in the Netherlands and is also significantly expanding the capacities for the global customers of its air and sea freight network in the Netherlands.
Logwin AG (Grevenmacher, Luxembourg) provides efficient logistics and transport solutions for its cus-tomers from industry and trade. In 2022, the group generated sales of EUR 2.3bn and currently employs about 4,000 staff. Logwin operates in all main markets worldwide and has 190 locations on six conti-nents. With its two business segments Solutions and Air + Ocean, Logwin AG is one of the leaders in the market.
