Waalre, September 28, 2011 - On September 26, 2011 the Extraordinary
Meeting of Shareholders of ARCHEA Biogas N.V. took place in Eindhoven, the
Netherlands. All agenda items were adopted unanimously by the attending
shareholders.
This mainly includes the consolidation of all outstanding shares of the
Company at a ratio of 10:1.
