Waalre, September 29, 2011 - On September 29, 2011, the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders of Capella Capital N.V. for the fiscal year 2010
took place in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. All agenda items were approved
unanimously by the attending shareholders.
Apart from a consolidation of the issued shares of the company at a ratio
of 10:1 and thus an increase of the nominal value per share from EUR 0.01
to EUR 0.10 especially the following proposals were approved:
- Change of name of the company to MyLoadBase N.V.
- Approval to acquire 66% of the share capital of Qwazz Technologies GmbH
and the option to acquire the remaining 34% in the share capital of Qwazz
Technologies GmbH
- Changes to the Management and Supervisory Board of the company.
