PC-Ware Information Technologies AGfinalised the deal after negotiations with the seller concerningcontractual details of the agreement to acquire the entities. As partof the acquisition, extensive pan-European rights to the "COMPAREX"brand, as well as the right to use the trademark in other selectedcountries, will be transferred to the PC-WARE Group.
