Nutreco sells majority shareholding in Integra to Hendrix Genetics

Hendrix Genetics ownedalready 34% in Integra.Integra is a layer pullet and hatchery business and was part ofNutreco's subsidiary Trouw Nutrition Biofaktory, the premix andspecialty feed company acquired in the Czech Republic in 2008.
