Changes to Board Committees
(PresseBox) - Sibanye-Stillwater (Tickers JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) - https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/sibanye-stillwater-ltd/ - advises shareholders that its Board of Directors have altered the composition of its board committees as follows:
Mr Harry Kenyon-Slaney and Dr Peter Hancock have been appointed as additional members of the Audit Committee
Dr Elaine Dorward-King and Mr Philippe Boisseau have been appointed as additional members of the Remuneration Committee
Mr Philippe Boisseau and Dr Peter Hancock have been appointed as additional members of both the Investment and Risk Committees
Mr Philippe Boisseau has been appointed as an additional member of the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee
Dr Peter Hancock has been appointed as an additional member of the Safety and Health Committee
This announcement is made in accordance with Section 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, and the above changes are effective immediately.
