Rushing has over 10 years of consulting experience including stretches at McKinsey & Company and SymphonyIRI, where he was a founding partner of their consulting practice. He has helped consumer packaged goods companies with post-merger integration, trade fund management, channel strategy, and other sales and marketing-related issues. He has also worked with retailers on pricing and promotion strategy, format renewal, and growth strategy.
