Following exercise of warrants in Transmode Holding AB in September 2011, the
number of shares has increased by 5,520 and the share capital has increased by
SEK 1,104. As per 30 September 2011, the company's share capital amounts to SEK
5,407,557.20 and the total number of shares amounts to 27,037,786 shares.
This information constitutes disclosure of an increase in the number of shares
in accordance with chapter 4 section 9 paragraph 1 of the Swedish Financial
Instruments Trading Act (Sw. lagen om handel med finansiella instrument).
