Efficient Eco-design Power Transformers for SMPS Applications
(PresseBox) - Texim Europe provides the HAHN EuP 2013 approved HS-series 3W-SMPS power transformers. The new HS series is based on switch mode technology and has a voltage transfer loss of <0.15W and an efficiency of >70%! It is ideal for applications within the broad input voltage range of 85 to 265V for power supplies.
This transformer series fulfils the EuP 2013 Directive requirements for the reduction of standby power loss to <0.15W. The HS-series is a BV EI 30 pin-to-pin solution that makes it easy to upgrade your existing application to EuP 2013 requirements.
The use of external components such as a rectifier, capacitor and voltage regulator is no longer necessary; these components are all included in the BV EI 30 housing of the HS-series.
