Hong Kong, September 30, 2011 - China Pyromedia Group Ltd. has increased
their nominal share value from 0.05 euros to now 0.10 euros as of the end
of September 2011. With the nominal value increase, China Pyromedia meets
the new regulations of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for its Open Market,
allowing the company's shares to remain listed in this segment. The reverse
split of the shares with a ratio of 2:1 will cut the number of shares in
half, but at the same time CPG had applied reserves of the company in
issuing new shares to the existing shareholders of the company in a ratio
of one bonus share for every one share held, which in result of 5,132,269
shares.
