GBA Group expands market presence with acquisition of BAAT Medical in the Netherlands
(PresseBox) - The GBA Group is continuing its international growth strategy by acquiring the Dutch company BAAT Holding B.V. (BAAT Medical), a leading provider of design and development services for medical devices. With this strategic acquisition, the GBA Group strengthens its position in the European medical device market, among other things by expanding its service portfolio in the development phase from the product idea to product development and successful market launch.
BAAT Medical was founded in the Netherlands in 1999 and is based in Hengelo. Baat Medical offers its international customers a wide range of services in the development, implementation and maintenance of medical devices based on international quality standards such as ISO 13485 and the legal framework of the MDR (EU) and FDA (USA).
