(firmenpresse) - HR Certified is celebrating its sixth anniversary, which commemorates six amazing years in business. This is a significant milestone for the Atlanta-based coaching and HR certification professional services firm, which has provided coaching and HR certification professional services to Human Resources talent since 2018.
HR Certified got its start in 2018 when founder Anthony P. Howard saw an opportunity and an unanswered demand to support fellow HR professionals differently through coaching, building connections, and fostering community, all built on a foundation of values through the power of earning and maintaining HR certification.
One of HR Certified's earliest challenges was setting ourselves apart in a saturated professional services industry.
While every business, of course, faces challenges, some, like HR Certified, are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins, and victories too. One such victory came when they won two Best of America Small Business Awards: for Education & Training for the HR Masterclass offering and for Best Campaign - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiative for their work towards increased representation and inclusive workspaces after a nomination, independent review, and a public vote!
Anthony P. Howard, Founder of HR Certified, was also quoted when discussing another significant win. "One of the high points of HR Certified's history so far has been expanding our service offerings to include quantifying well-being by utilizing the Pietential well-being assessment, increasing inter-cultural awareness with IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) Assessments, and introducing a live cohort in support of earning the PMSCP (Project Management Skills Certified Professional) certification to facilitate leading change in organizations."
HR Certified's COO, Nicole Pemberton, says, "We're delighted to be celebrating our Six-Year Anniversary. I believe the secret to getting this far in business today is our authentic brand. HR Certified has big plans for the upcoming year. One core objective is to launch an app and community called HR Offline. The current climate highlights the critical need for a robust, connected HR community to share resources, amplify voices, and advocate for equity. The community will focus on proactive leadership, strengthing networks, and expanding knowledge bases to redefine the workplace for future generations.
