NETZSCH Pumps&Systems: Supporting Young MINT Talent
Network partner of MINTnetz18+ and empowerMINT
(PresseBox) - NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme GmbH, based in Waldkraiburg, Upper Bavaria, has been a partner of MINTnetz18+ and the empowerMINT programme since October 2024. Both are supervised by Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences. The aim of these projects is to get schoolgirls from the surrounding area interested in careers in the MINT field and give them an insight into the training professions.
The programme was launched by Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences in 2023. 13 schools from the Rosenheim, Traunstein and Burghausen area are taking part in the programme, offering young girls and women the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the various training professions in the fields of mathematics, IT, natural sciences and technology (MINT). As part of the programme, ten schoolgirls aged 16 and 17 visited the global specialist for handling complex media in Waldkraiburg.
